Setup Fee
Once your setup fee is processed we will begin to process your work order within 24 hours. The typical time it takes to conduct keyword research, generate all of your information frames and doorway pages, set up your virtual server and cloaking system, and then to submit the pages to the search engines takes approximately 5-7 working days for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages. On the larger custom packages the time for project completion may be longer as agreed. (This is provided that you approve the final keyword selection list within 24 hours after we e-mail it to after our research is completed).
The setup fees include all research, collaboration, communications and programming time and expense involved to create the information frame pages, doorway pages, cloaking, and other miscellaneous services and software licensing required to operate your search engine placement package selected.
Guarantee Details
At e-Business-Associates.com, each of our Search Engine Placement Packages carries with it a guaranteed number of top 20 positions on the major search engines. There is a tremendous amount of research and development work involved to make this occur. Example: The Gold Package using 30 keyword phrases equires intensive keyword research to find the best possible keywords. The final selection aim to generate the highest amount of traffic, across all major search engines, with the highest probability of attaining top 20 ranking position success ratio. This is accomplished through the use of Wordtracker to determine the best possible selection and mix of keywords. This advanced program searches a database of over 450 million keyword search terms that have been searched for across the Internet from actual web surfers on all major search engines.
It also compares the amount of competing web pages for that specific keyword word. Any keyword phrase that has a "KEI" ratio of 10 points or above is considered a good keyword phrase to target. The KEI ration is computed by taking the number of actual searches that were conducted, divided by the amount of competition for that specific keyword phrase to determine it's ratio. Once the keyword list is established, depending on the package you selected, we then create hundreds or thousands of information frame and doorway pages tuned to get the highest possible ranking for those specific keywords. The KEI ratio still does not guarantee that a top 20 ranking position can be attained. It merely suggests that there is a certain level of probability that a top position can be obtained, provided that the page is well made and includes all of the elements required by a certain search engine's current algorithms. This is where our expertise comes into play in creating these very specifically tuned type of pages. More often than not, we reach our mark.
The typical cost for a simple web page at most web design companies with you providing the graphics and text can easily cost $100-$200 per page. To create hundreds or thousands of pages that are created specifically to get high search engine rankings, conducting the research, configuring a new virtual server to host the pages, setting up a cloaking system to feed each engine the pages that were intended exclusively for them, hiding them from competitors, submitting the pages to the 12 major engines and continuously tracking their ranking progress leaves an extremely low profit margin for us to set up and maintain.
On the other hand you will not have to make monthly payments until the guarantee is met. Therefore, we take every possible measure to make sure that your pages will get indexed as quickly as possible and in top position by submitting them on a weekly basis until they begin to appear. Once they are indexed, we optimize the pages and resubmit where necessary to achieve higher rankings or to maintain their current position. We also generate a complete new set of pages every few months as required, based on the current indexing algorithms of each major engines.
Note: The typical time frames for getting your pages indexed on the search engines is dependent upon how soon the search engines come and crawl your pages and then later update their databases. There is no exact set time that this occurs. Some engines index in as fast as 2 weeks, while others may take up to 4 months. It is highly possible that you will begin to have several top positions or even have your full guarantee met before being indexed on the major engines. We do not charge any higher amount if the guaranteed number of top positions exceeds the guarantee number.
Proprietary Rights
All rights to the technology, information frame pages, doorway pages, cloaking technology and any other proprietary or physical elements of the pages themselves are and shall remain the sole property of e-Business-Associates.com. In no event shall the pages, or technology, be transferred to the customer unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Cancellation of Service
Our aim to delight you with our service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel service with 10 days advance written notice either by email to: support@e-busines-associates.com, or through snail mail to: e-Business-Associates.com - 20 Blaine Ave. Suite 100 - Manor, PA 15665.
Note: Setup fees are non-refundable, due to the tremendous amount of work and cost involved to create each Search Engine Placement Package. Monthly fees will be reimbursed pro-rata on a 30 day basis. Also, annul fees to Inktomi, or Yahoo are subject to change.
Invoicing
Once the guarantee is met, you will receive a monthly e-mailed invoice. You can then return to this site to make payments in the Payment Center section of this site. A link to the Payment Center will be included in your e-mail invoice for your easy paying convenience.

Be aware, that search engines sometimes go through various cycles of unusual operation. Excite and Infoseek, for example, have been known to index pages, rank them highly, then drop them off the index for 2 to 6 weeks, then bring them back. HotBot and AltaVista have in the past gone through several weeks when they would not list any new submissions. Like any other service, the search engines can go through times of technical difficulty so expect it when it happens or you notice anything unusual. The best defense against this is to resubmit your hallway page every week or two so that the engines always have something to get them started on a crawl of your site.

your pages and resubmitting them weekly until they begin showing up in the indexes
and will send you a ranking report at that time.
