Please list up to 10 URLs from your site. If you are not sure which pages to choose, simply leave blank. We will follow up with you for your final approval for the URLs we feel are most appropriate for your business type.

Note: The first URL is included for a 1 year subscription. Additional URLs may be submitted at $15 per URL. After placing your order and paying the setup fee, you can go directly to the Payment Center to pay for the additional URLs. Or, we will e-mail you an invoice amount with a link to the Payment Center. We will submit the additional URLs when payment is received.
